7B what permission do you need to use photographs in a print product?
To be able to have permission to use photographs in a print product you need to have a model release. This is where you have permission from the individual to use their photo. Model releases are needed if a person could be recognised from the photos printed. It doesnt matter if their faces are visible if they could be recognised in any way a model release needs to be used. Even if permission has been given , if the photo is then to be used again for advertising an additional fee should be paid to the individual.
